Orlando, being at the center of Florida, has an equal distance to the western and eastern coasts of the state. These two coasts are different than each other, in regards to their nature. The Atlantic and Gulf coasts are both beautiful, with their blue seas and sands.

The Cape Canaveral Pier hosts Easter Surfing Festival every year and the shoreline has golden sand, beautifully merged with the blue sea. This is on the eastern coast, so the water of the Atlantic ocean produces big waves. It takes around 2 hours to reach here from the city. Some of the specific beaches of the stretch are Lori Wilson Park¸, Alan Shephard Park, etc. The Cocoa Beach Pier is a notable spot from where you can get a picturesque view of the surrounding.
